Itai
Tzarfati was born in Israel on October
1978. He grew up in Rishon Lezion and has
been playing in bands since the age of 16.
His leading musical instrument is the
guitar. Besides that he enjoys working on
his computer. He is fond of these genres
in music: Indie Pop, Indie Rock, Lo-Fi,
Post Rock, and Experimental Rock. His
debut album “These Noises, Electric
Trains…” was recorded during 2003. It’s a
mature creation of a young musician. The
songs and Itai’s vocal are fragile, the
lyrics are airy and it’s looks like he’s
been forced to sing. The guitars are
imaginative and full of inspiration-the
comparison to Tom Verlaine is unavoidable.
