Rabbi Haim Matsliah was born in Holon in
1955. At the age of 3 he move to live in the
moshav, Orot. Finished his army service in
the intelligence as an officer. Holds a
first degree and a teaching graduation in
industrial design from Tel Aviv university.
Lives in Zfat since1990, he is a graduate of
Tzanz Chasidic community and from 1995 has
been teaching in Talmud-Torah school in Zfat
which is under his management. Has been
dealing all his life in writing, both,
lyrics and music. He regards it as a gift
from God (Hashem) and combines this
occupation in the cariculum of his children
at the Talmud-Torah school.
